MyusoppyLPS reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 3: Validity of sales offers

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.

All our products are carefully packed in letters or parcels with bubble wrap.

Article 6: Order

Article 7: Payment

Article 8: Delivery

The rates for the shipping methods are those indicated on the La Poste and Mondial Relay sites according to the weight of the package in question.

Shipping time is around 1-14 days from receipt of payment. Delivery times depend on the delivery method chosen by the buyer.

In the event of non-delivery and return of the parcel by the postal services when the parcel has indeed been sent to the address indicated by the customer (wrong address, lack of name or bad name in the mailbox, NPAI, etc. .), MyushoppyLPS will proceed upon receipt of the package, to refund the amount of the returned items, excluding shipping costs, and will immediately inform the customer. The customer is informed of the fact that if he wishes the package to be reshipped to him, he will again have to pay the fixed amount of the shipping costs.

The customer and the seller agree that, in the event of a dispute, the delivery tracking records from the La Poste server are authentic.

If the package is declared lost by the postal services, MyushoppyLPS is in no way responsible for the loss and will not refund the items purchased.

Article 9: Withdrawal-Return

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.
In accordance with article L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of 15 days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
